Setup Process:

• The application facilitates easy event creation, allowing users to add sessions for each day and import a comprehensive list of attendees efficiently.

Conference Preparation:

• Organizers can export attendee lists, complete with unique barcodes, directly to badge printing partners.

Conference Day:

• Upon check-in, badges are dispensed to attendees. The app utilizes the device's camera for seamless check-ins and check-outs by scanning barcodes.

Post-Conference:

• The application offers customizable reporting functionalities that allow users to sort data according to events, sessions, and more.

User Roles:

• Manager Role: Managers possess full capabilities in event planning, including creating events, adding sessions, importing attendee lists, and adding users. They can scan attendee badges freely at any time.
• Moderator Role: Moderators have restricted access limited to their assigned sessions and are subject to a scanning timer that permits check-ins only 20 minutes prior to the start of sessions and check-outs 20 minutes before the end.
• Exhibitor Role: Exhibitors are equipped to scan attendee barcodes throughout the event to collect valuable information and document their interactions via the app.
